The Asian Pacific American Bar Association Educational Fund (AEF) is a not-for-profit, tax-exempt corporation established by the Asian Pacific American Bar Association (APABA) of the Greater Washington, DC Area, Inc. in 1993 to engage exclusively in charitable and educational activities.

AEF supports a number of projects aimed at bringing together Asian Pacific American (APA) attorneys and law students and benefiting the local APA community. To further this goal, AEF awards competitive fellowships to law students who accept summer internship positions with public interest or government organizations that benefit either the APA community or the metropolitan Washington, DC community-at-large.

AEF has expanded its activities to include a mock interview program and a mentoring program, and in recent years, AEF has partnered with other APA organizations, such as the Asian Pacific American Legal Resource Center (APALRC) and the Access to Justice Partnership (AJP) in order to better serve the APA community.
